To Your Health: Yoga and Meditation with special guest facilitator

We believe we can bring positive change by community-building and self-care. Let’s get together to connect with and support one another.  This is an interactive session and includes relaxation techniques such as light yoga and breathing.  This will go about an hour and will be facilitated by Kate Lunski a long time meditator and yoga teacher and Janelle Flay, a yoga teacher and our Events Director at the Bartmann Group. 

PS: All are welcome and what happens at the Bird stays at the Bird :)
