We work in an industry that is not known for a focus on the health and wellness of its workers. Many of us experience depression, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, and other challenges. We believe we can change this culture through community-building and self-care. Let’s get together to connect with and support one another. This is an interactive session and includes relaxation techniques such as light yoga and breathing. This will go about an hour and will be facilitated by Nalini Mehta, James Beard Women in Food Mentorship recipient, ayurvedic chef and ambassador for the Happiness Project.
